This comprehensive package takes a whole-person view to help you get control over your eczema. We’ll get a detailed understanding of your history and your specific goals

- Identify your triggers and how to avoid them.
- Review your current products and suggest the better options where needed, taking into account your preferences and budget.
- Optimise your routine including bathing, skincare, laundry, sleeping, eating, school/work and exercise
- Explore small modifications at school/work that can make a big difference to symptoms
- Discuss strategies to get the best out of your medical appointments
This takes place over 3 sessions online (£250) with the option to have one session in person, with sample products provided, if you are based in London (£350).
This is the A.A.A. Plan with 4 sessions, over 4 weeks, with unlimited email support in between calls over that time.
Think of it as having an eczema and allergy coach in your pocket.
